get a bolt extractor kit from sears or such.

yep, bolt extractor is probably your best bet. I'm sure you know by now but those torque numbers for those bolts are in IN/LB's and not FT/LB's. I believe it works out to something like 7 or 8 ft/lbs. not much.

Wow, I noticed how skinny those things were when I did my intake swap.
Orion is right, they only get torqued to something like 30 inch lbs.
Breaking down in the head doesn't sound good. An extractor like mentioned might do the trick. Otherwise you might end up drilling it out which makes the hole oversized, then install a helicoil.
Pain in the butt, I wish you luck.

you need a nice tap and die set. be careful if you do decide to drill it out. go in nice and straight, take your time! and rethread it.

what if i just leave it and bolt all the other just a little bit tighter around it and there should not be any leak with the gaskets should there

Drill it out and heli coil it.. I don't see it lasting if you skip it.. The gasket will most likely begin to leak in a short time. Over tightening it could also damage other holes/threads then you'll be doing even more work to correct it.. Worse case,, possibly ruin the head/s.. just my .02..

Check all your connections,,if after you removed the bolt and installed a new one,,this is not the current issue with it not starting,,
Connectors,,plugs,,ground wires,,what ever,,something you disconnected or connected badly is causing this current issue of no start...
ouch,,
