    Alright got the cam what else do i need ?

    what else do i need to run this cam safely i have 120,000 miles on my car
    mods: LT headers slp loudmouth exhaust k&N fipk 80mm bbk hp tuners lap top tune and 125shot nx

    im just stalled on exactlly what u are a safe set up Lingenfelter gt-11 had 6.41 lift just seemes like too much 4 a DD any sugestions on a sleeper cam >? have u installed the cam yet ?

    no not yet i need to find out what retainers and pushrods i need and other things i am missing?

    cam/lt headers
    blue 2000 ws6 m6

    just get the patriot dual valve spring kit $250. it comes with everything you need on the valvetrain for your swap except pushrods. the timing chain and oil pump is not a nesscessity but not a bad idea.

    the guy that i tune with he sits in the car with his laptop and tunes it would that be ok?
