a4 n/a heads and cam cars...

What heads/cam combo are you running and what power are you making? Listing additional mods would be nice also.

Thanks for the posts guys. I'm ordering heads/cam this week and I'm just trying to decide what cam to go with. Not a ton of info out there for the a4 guys like there is for the m6 guys. I'm not looking for a smooth idle but I don't want one I have to nurse all the time either. I'd also like to make as much power as possible below 6400 rpms but I have a 3500 stall so it's hard to find a medium there. With the stall I spend very little time in the lower rpm's so I almost need to make the power up top.

Torquer v2 cam sounds like what you want. a 112 lsa will give you a choppy idle yet you wont have to nurse it. its amazing what a tune can do with driveabilty.

I'm not ordering through TSP, couldn't get them to answer emails so I'm going with someone else.

i got a 113 lsa....its still a nice choppy idle.....i would imagine it would be allot nicer with 112 though.....
My drivability is amazing now with the tune I just got....

Stock bottom end. GTP stage 2 ported 241 heads, w/.007 mill and stock thickness head gasket. GTP custom cam (nearly identical to MTI's Hammer cam - very small), LS6 intake, BBK throttle body, lid and SSRA, ATI pulley, Hooker LTs w/ORY, Corsa catback. Rebuilt 4L60E w/3600 stall converter. Car put down 380rwhp on a Mustang dyno with 18" wheels with a junk tune and burning oil. Fixed the oil consumption problem - put down 407rwhp on a DynoJet. Traps 121 at 3700lbs, idles like a stock car with exhaust.
