Stock- 2002 Camaro
Corvette, F-body, GTO, `01-04 *
196/207 .467/.479 116 LSA
Z06
Camshaft duration (@.050 in): 204 intake / 211 exhaust
Camshaft lift (in): .525" intake / .525" exhaust
There is just no way that would give you 50HP. sorry

Z06 Cams
There are two Z06 cams. The first one had a .525 lift and made a rated 385hp. The second had a .550 lift and was rated 405hp. I think the first one is the cam used in the LS2.

Z06 heads and cam on an otherwise stock LS1 engine will gain you 55HP (at the crank) over stock. So there's no way you're gaining 50 from just the cam. The cam will probably gain you somewhere around 15-20HP.
However, swapping to an LS6 heads and cam setup is ideal if you want to increase power while sacrificing zero driveability, reliability, or fuel economy, since they are all stock GM parts.
