    My ride

I just installed a built girdled 109 shortblock over the last few weekends. Along with bigger turbo, P&P heads/Intake, & Front Mount intercooler. Should make some steam after I have broken it in. So far 220 miles on the new engine.

    Marc,

Sweet Monte SS dude! But why did you put a V6 in? It'll be faster with a carb'd 350!

We just had a Nat put down 590 at the wheels this weekend. You can get some crazy power for a V6.... Nice car man...

Thanks alot guys. It's been alot of work to say the least. I just finished changing the oil for the 4th time on the new engine. I'm at about 440 miles on it and plan to take it easy until about 1,000 miles. It's running great and this change didn't smell like fuel was in the oil so it was good. Anyway, I can't wait to unleash it with 20-22 psi from the new turbo. It should move fairly well.

I can understand you wanting a more reliable daily driver because I drive an 02 Sentra SE-R as a daily, but a change. I rarely see these cars on the road and that's why I didn't get another mustang or an F-body. If I have seen one GN on the road this year, it was alot. I get people almost crashing into me on the highway pacing me and giving me the thumbs up.

Close, I'm running the new PT61 with the same GT wheel used in the GT-35R.
I have done all of the suspension mods(springs, Bilsteins, etc) & full T304 SS exhaust from engine back. It's been alot of work since I have done 100% of it in my garage, but it is driving well so far.
