I hope to find a WS6 like yours for the wife.
Then I can have 2 F-body's in the family.

    Nice rides.

Thank you sir, the WS6 was a hard find. And very well worth the wait!

Thanks! Funny thing about these cars is that I was originally looking for a WS6. After a couple of months I gave up and found a great deal on the SS Camaro so I bought it. 2 months later I found the Trans Am with super low mileage on it and could not pass it up. So thats how I ended up with 2. Sold my 05 GTO for these babies...

Yeah who knows what I will end up with next. I really really want a Challenger but todays sports cars are very unsports car like...they have plenty of power but they are huge and bulky. And the 20 inch rims do nothing for me. I guess Im just old fashioned..So I may just keep these for a good long while.

Thank you! We're on the same page man, I've been saying that too! And yeah I'm tired of the heavy bulky retro trend. One company did it so now they're all doing it. Be original people!

Yeah car companies just go with the trend. I remember when 17s were considered big rims. Haha...and my GTO had stock 18s and I considered that really "pushing it"!! I hate to say it but Ford is the one company that is doing it right with the new Mustangs. Loads of power and the car is still the smallest of the Big 3 companies sports cars. Although they do have the 20s on there also....

Yeah the S197 Mustangs were 'inspired' by past models, but didn't simply clone them like the others have. That's the difference I think. But 20 inch rims with skinny little tires are starting to look ghetto. I think 18 is about the limit for me.

And going back and looking at your cars again, I really like the black TA and the white Camaro sitting side by side. Ebony and ivory, living together in harmony!

They each have their great qualities. The Camaro is the daily driver and the Trans Am is my twice a month driver...hahaha. You probably get a lot of this too, but I have noticed that they are still head turners to this day. Even before I bought the WS6, I have always felt that the Trans Am was the best looking sports car...very aerodynamic, sleek, and those two big nostrils sucking in air.

Oh yeah, the WS6 is definitely a head turner. I love it, folks talk to me at gas stations and stores all the time, and I love watching heads turn in other cars as I drive by!

If only I were a millionaire. I would have 1 or 2 F-bodies to go with my GTO.

Huge and Bulky? While I do agree, the camaros/firebirds of the first generation were no handling kings either. While they handled sufficiently for their day, the crown still went to the corvette. And it still holds true today.

    Just sayin...

Right. Just because pony cars in the 60s were heavy and bulky doesn't mean they need to be now. That's kinda my point, with the retro craze. Taking styling cues from the past is one thing, making them look just the same is silly to me.
