I always forget to start this thread.

Submissions are down this month so far. Only 10. I still have to put mine up but it's still more than 10 short.

yeah, april is your one year anniversary. Never really thought if I should make people wait until the month after but technically the beginning of april would be 12 months so you're good to go. That way people that try to win their b-day month have a shot at it every year.
