+1 on the color. Nice looking ride.

Thanks guys.
Reaper- I'm assuming that you are asking about the hood on the 99, I bought that hood off a local who was unable to complete his front end swap on his lt1.
Btw are those pictures showing up really small for you guys like they are for me?

Light Pewter Metallic- 2001 Camaro SS
Nice looking rides. Definitely a cool color. My buddy had a similar color on his rebuilt SS but it was a little darker.

Have to say I like the 3rd gen best.. Both are sweet though..

Thanks! The third gen is my favorite as well. The 99 has been under the knife this winter getting a slight make over.

UPDATE
Here's several pictures of my fun that has occured this winter.
In the midst of pulling the motor back at the end of February. I pulled the motor sooner then planned because someone was interested in the ls1 and I couldn't pass up the offer.
Rolled out of the garage for the time being while a decision is made for what motor to run.
Ahhhh the new power plant has arrived
Removing the motor from the crate so we can get this party started!
Here's the finished product waiting to be matched to a MVB 4L80e.
Rewind back to during the motor build, while waiting for parts I took on a couple of projects. I sent my cluster off to HotWhipT/A on tech to have blue LEDs installed while he modded my mileage indicator. I didn't care for the look of the oem needles so I contacted a sponser.
Here is a daytime shot of the finished cluster; blue backlighting/odometer reading, blue needles, silver TA overlays and a TA bezel.
LSx decal cluster
Another part of the car that really irritated me was how bad the aftermarket shifter looked that was installed by the previous owner. Not only was the execution terrible, the shifter sat WAY to high for my liking and really looked out of place.
So I got online and began my search for a new shifter. I believe that this one looks 10x better, along with the installation was spot on
Currently the car is still down. The transmission has been at the shop for two months now but on a bright side I should have it back on Wednesday. Hopefully the car will be running shortly following.

I wanted to update this thread with some recent pictures of the car. I'll have to take it out to get some higher quality pictures.
