1993 s-10 ls1
Whats up guys? I started this project about 2 years ago and just got her running this month. Took me forever because working in the cold sucked so I only had a few months of nice weather plus school and work kept me from working on it too. But anyway heres some pics of the finished product. I have a video too but I have to run to work now I'll get that up eventually.
thanks for looking

Dude that is awesome. John Lingenfelter did something similar with a GMC Sonoma, except he used an LS7. Stock rear end? Is there a fuel cell in the bed?

Thanks. Yeah, I read about that truck. it's the stock rear now but once it goes I'll be puttin a ford 8.8 out of an explorer, gotta find the time for that though. Jaz 16 gal cell in the bed with an external pump. .

You should get freash paint in the same color and leave the body the same all stock.
That truck is one of the best "sleepers" I've ever seen. Nice job dude keep the pics commin.

A freind of mine a few years back had an S-10 I think an 87. I helped him put an old 350 4-bolt in it from a 74 wrecker. Th350 with sift kit. That thing was just plain dangerous.
We stuck some old IROC wheels on it and he sold it "as is" for like 6 grand. He then went ahead and built another. Full custom paint and a deul-quad 427 cid. It could'nt move without spinning some. It was honestly the only thing I'd ever been in that scared the crap out of me!LOL It pulled so hard on hookup that it blurred my vision.

Nice truck!!!!!
I want to do this in the near future. A guy down the street from me has a 383 in the same body style S10. It's fast as hell. It has a nice paint job and C% Z06s on it....
