ZR1 wheels from SLP

hi,
I have a question for my 2001 3.8V6 Camaro
i really like the ZR1 wheels from SLP, they are 17" x 8",

do they fit on a 2001 Camaro without any problems with clearance , i don't know if they only fit on a 3rd generation Camaro

The suspention on your car is the same platform as the v8 cars for the most part with certain exceptions of course. With that said, a 17"x8" will/should fit without any back spacing issues.. Awefull skinny tho imho.. Factory wheels (16" snowflakes) are 9.5 iirc.. Prolly be stuck with like a ~255 or less on an 8.. I run Kumho victoracer v700 super sticky ZR 265/45/16 auto-x tires..

I believe the factory wheels are 16x8... I run a 17x 9.5 with no issues at all. Agreed though... I'd look for something to put more meat on!!!

EDIT: they have the wrong offset....

I have 7"x 16's on my z34, but my 01 Camaro wheels are more than 2 inches wider lip to lip..
