Check engine light

I borrowed my friend's OBD2 code reader and the code that showed up is P1441. Anyone know what the code stands for? Thanks for any help. Oh and I just replaced an O2 sensor and the catalytic converter.

It's an evaporative emissions code due to a problem with your evaporative emissions system on your car. Don't have much experience with this one, but you might check your gas cap and make sure it's on good and isn't faulty, since I believe this will set the code you mentioned.

It's a code for evap emissions flow when it's not supposed to. Your purge valve could be stuck open.

The purge solenoid is located in your UI right next to your thermostat housing.

The bolt is a 10mm. The solenoid has a rubber o-ring on a nipple that seats down into a small bore,,

so it may take a little force to get it free of the manifold.

Make sure here's nothing jammed or any left over O-ring left in the nipple bore before replacing the purge solenoid.
