Will removing the rear isolator cause lots of noise or adverse effects?
I'm thinking about removing the rear isolator. I know you can put a hose ontop of there but does it matter what kind of hose? Can I do the same for the front? (is there a isolator there too?)
I just want to lower the rear by another 1 inch and I want to lower the front another 1/4-1/2 (about 3/8) of an inch. I've got the DMS springs but right now the rear is a little to high for my taste.
Is there another way to lower the rear or front a little?
thanks,

doesn't really matter what kind of hose. it's just there so you don't get the metal to metal scraping noises. cannot do it for the front.

Everyone who removes them uses a watering hose cut lengthways and placed on the top so that there is no noise.
Mrr23 is right that you will not get a drop in ride hieght so easy in the front.

Use 5/8 in heater hose and slip it on over the top of the coil....dont split the hose, just trim it to length.
Bowtie good! Blue oval not so good! Bob in the PRK
