    What is this?

So I was putting air in my tires and noticed this. It's cracked and oozing this oily goop. It's the front strut on passenger side.

Looks like its your upper ball-joint. The rubber boot is what is cracked and the grease that lubricates it is what's leaking out.

Edit: Just FYI your balljoint isn't attached to your strut its attached to your upper control arm.

Is it something that needs to be fixed asap? I do notice when I go over a speed bump my front end squeaks. Could this be what's causing it?

Yes, I would replace it as soon as you could. Without the grease in there it will just be metal on metal grinding together which will cause play which makes your tire wear abnormally. It essentially lets your tire tip in riding on one edge, usually the inside edge There are other things in the suspension that would be a more likely cause for the squeak IMO.
