umi adjustable t/a..pinion angle??????
what do you guys that have the umi tunnel brace mounted adjustable torque arm set you pinion angle at? i have tried -3* and -1* but i still have driveline vibration. just looking for some other opinions

Are you sure your vibration is not the tranny mounts?

2002 Z28 A4 NBM- Sadly now demodded :(
My adjustable T/A (not UMI though) is a hair over -2 deg.
67 Camaro: K-K + 797-z (look it up), 454/Th400/4.10 12-bolt = 6mpg, PS/PDB/PW tilt, tach, gauges...
2005 Corvette LS2/M6 Magnetic Red Metallic (What else would it be?) w/ Cashmere interior
2002 Z28: NBM/Tan, MTI smooth lid, smooth bellows, !AIR, !cats, 1-3/4" QTP SS LT's, 2-1/2" TD's with X-pipe, MagnaFlows dumped at axle, custom welded SFC's, MidWest Chassis body mount adjustable T/A, 3400 stall, 3.23 gears (was 2.73). Tuned: 343rwhp/357rwt (before TD's). Best: 12.559 @ 108+, 1.73 60' @ 3500' DA w/MT ET Street DR's.

I'm in the process of setting mine right now. the directions say that the best setting is -2. to get that number you have to put the rear end number with the driveshaft number and it should equal -2.my drive shaft is +1 so that means that I have to set the rear end to -4????

ok so if I want it at -2 then I need to set the rear to -3

Like mentioned above. We do recommend for the best all around performance is -2 degrees. But to make it easier and less confusing feel free to give me a call and I will be more than glad to explain over the phone.
