suspension parts..

hey everyone.. i need some help before i spend some money on parts..

im looking to buy suspension parts on the next week or 2, but i want to know what are my best options to go with..

so far i got.
stranos
RELO-LCA

im going to get.
panhard bar adj
lower control arms adj
2 point sub-frame connectors

my question is.. what should i get'?
poly ends or the bushings on the ends?

im looking at
UMI
BMR
spohn
founders performance, they got best prices

Do you have stock shocks/struts?

Get 3-point SFCs.

I have Poly Ends all around, and they're really noisy on bumps. If you're not really hardcore, you'll be fine with the poly ends, you just have to keep up with regreasing them every year.

I'm a fan of UMI, though I love my BMR Rear Drag Sway Bar and Spohn Torque Arm.

I'd go for 3-point also personally (will be in the next few weeks).
Also a fan of UMI but no personal experience with the others.
Don't forget an adjustable torque arm (either relocated off transmission tail or cross brace mounted)

thanks guys..

now i have the stock shocks/struts but im also getting new shocks. i forgot to add that, ill be getting slp bilsteins shocks..

the car is a DD so i think the poly ends will be kinda annoying, i also heard people saying about bivrations because of the poly ends.. is that true?

the bushing ends should do a good job too right?

ill be getting the torque arm but not any time soon..

founders performance seem taht they do a good job as well but alot of people dont know them yet,
i bought the strut tower brace, and the relocation lca bracket and it looks good, cant tell the difference from the other guys..
