    Question suspension ideas???

I am gonna be replacing struts, shocks, and springs on my 93 z28 and was wondering if anyone has any good experiences.

I was thinkin of going with either the KYB adjustable struts/shocks and eiback pro-kit springs or with the SLP suspension kit which has the bilstein struts/shocks and eibach springs. I really want to work on the handling of the car....I just like to be able to haul arse through corners (might be the sport bike influence) but regardless I think my camaro should be able to corner like it's on rails.

Depends on your budget. Eibach springs with the KYB shocks/struts are the cheapest way to go by far and definitely will increase your performance, but not as much as the Konis or Bilsteins. I went with the KYB adjustables, Eibach Sportlines, and an Edlebrock adjustable panhard. set me back little over a thousand and I did some of the work myself. Makes the ride rough as hell though, hope the roads are smooth as a baby's ass there. Here's the pics of how it looked after install.

    2000 CamaroSS convertible

roads in NJ are just fine
i'd consider strano springs + revalved bilsteins.
wouldn't go w/ the slp nor kyb for sure.

I agree, these KYBs I put on are junk and are definitely not worth the savings. I'm sure it won't take long for them to blow out and need replaced anyways. I think my stock WS6 shocks were better. But they did fit a tight budget at the time, lol.

What about springs that would give a good progresive rate but not necessarily lower my car? Don't really want to go tooo low.

An as for the roads in NJ...there was a national road survey done regarding the condition of roadways and NJ ranked as having teh worst roadways for the eighth strait year....potholes, construction, etc.....gosh I wish I could find the link right now.
