Strut tower brace and ram air ?
I want to buy a strut tower brace, but have read that some will not fit ram air cars. Is this true and if so which one should I buy. Also how much is the average cost? I have a 98 t/a ram air ws6.

I said read my post. Perhaps I confused you. The original question was about some brands STB not fitting on "RAM AIR CARS" (SS included). I was trying to convey that it is my understanding that having a "RAM AIR" is not the cause of certain brands (SLP) not fitting. The cause of certain brands (SLP) not fitting is whether you have fuel rail covers or not. If you have fuel rail covers the SLP STB will not fit. Do you know what fuel rail covers are ?

Its just their to make the vettes more attractive. People see all those coil packs and wires etc... they want it to look neat, and clean like a sports car.
Those things are as gay as tailight covers.

well your chrome ones are actually polished and there made by HOTCHICHS but there almost 50 more then the painted ones and i think topping out at almost 280 dollars..
if you want the chrome look just get some bmrs have them chromed or just strip off the paint and polish them up using 300-2000 grit

my bar
I have a 02 T/A ws6 with TCS. I got the cheapest looking bar I could find too for fifty bucks off ebay. It works fine and I scraped it down and repainted it. I don't know who made it, maybe bmr, but it was a simple straight bar with 2 bolt spots on either side (use the ones already supporting your struts). unless it's a show car not too many will see it anyway.
