Squirrelly Rear
Today ... I had to swerve to avoid something and the rear feels loose. I have new strano springs and billsteins along with the LCA brackets with the CAs on the lower hole. Would the adjustable panhard bar tighten it up?

The panhard bar serves to keep the rear centered. If the bushings are worn, that could give a loose feeling. I would double check the rest of the suspension componants first, and ensure everything is tight and adjusted properly. If so, check the panhard bar for movement, and inspect the connection points.

How about sway bar and bushings?

Check everything back there to ensure that it is tight... even the lug nuts just to be safe.
The stock panhard bar is a flimsy piece of stamped steel that you can twist with your hands. An aftermarket panhard bar (recommend one from UMI) will definitely tighten things up. If you are lowered, you will need an adjustable one to center the rear in the car.

I will inspect everything ... and no I have not replaced the sway bar bushings ... the car has 230k on the clock. I ordered a Founders adjustable panhard bar as well.

I honestly vote loose or wore out componenets. I have all the factory stuff on my car except bushings, and haven't had this squirrelly issue you saw. Everything is prob wore out, and as it is a gradual thing, you wouldn't notice it until something major happens. I.e., making you shit yourself a little.

I installed the adjustable panhard bar and it is a different car. Much much tighter in the rear. I still have to install the lower control arms - so it's going to get better even still!!

Actually I think that the LCAs made things worse. They are poly which I'm reading is not a good thing for those. The rear has a dangerous oversteer problem now. It handles fantastic but if I move my wheel too much/too fast I get the oversteer. I'm putting the stock lcas back on and possibly moving the LCAs to the upper holes.

Never heard of polys being an issue as far as handling go. Being lowered like you are the lower hole is probably best to keep the rear planted on the ground. Have you looked at sway bars at all?

I haven't looked at sway bars. This article: Myth-information seems to have good info about which hole to put your LCAs in as well as poly vs. rubber. I figure it's worth a shot before driving the TA kills me.

I've heard squeaks before but oversteer is a new one to me.
If you like the rubber better switch back i guess
As far as the LCA adjustment, i've always heard and experienced the lower hole to be the best

I'll agree that the lowest hole or 2nd to lowest is the best location for the LCAs to be bolted to. Sounds like an issue stemming from another area to me.

CHeck your sway bar end links.. They like to rust out and break.
Mine did and the thing became unpredictable even with super sticky auto-x tires.

i'd agree with others that it's the swaybar bushings and endlinks.
also what it when you first left and tires not warm? what were road conditions and was road in good shape? asphalt? concrete?
i've noticed with my car now with all the suspension updates that it's much more controllable but, also much more responsive depending on the road itself and can give you a false sense of securityeibach sportline springs, kyb shocks and struts, adj. panhard,LCAs with relocation brackets, strut tower brace, sub-frame connectors, poly motor mounts, LT headers, magnaflo catback,ORY pipe, SLP lid w/K&N, ram air mod,egr delete,PP TB,1000CFM MAF housing, LS6 intake,160 T-stat, tune by frost
