pix in my signature are w/ prokits.
note that i had sportlines before the prokits, and would strongly NOT recommend the sportlines... they are lower than the prokits, offering less suspension travel, and even softer springs, making you constantly ride on your bumpstops and bottoming out. The ride is harsher, and you can't damp the system properly for anythign decent (even w/ Koni DA).
the prokits in the other hand have a higher spring rate, more suspension travel, and a linear spring rate... all in your favor.
Sportlines look cool... but they are shit... got rid of them and had to replace 2 dead Koni DA shocks due to them.

+1 for the Prokit. I like my kidneys, and my kidneys don't like Sportlines.

I am going to have to say neither. I have a prokit, looks great, ride sucks, and I scrap on anything. Maybe it will change my mind when I get some new shocks (stock still)

you WILL change your mind once you change shocks, provided you get decent ones... stock ones are sh!t, and even more sh!t when put with a higher spring rate.

Ditto. They just can't react with less motion. They were designed to dampen with the stock ride height.

koni's are great, and allow for adjustability.
yet, if you're going for a set of springs, you might consider revalved Bilstein to spec so that it matches the spring of choice. This will cost you less than the Koni's and be more performant, provided you don't decide to change springs and spring rate.
Yet, if you decide to go w/ Koni, the DA are great, but not really worth the $... might as well settle for the Koni SA.
    Love my DAs, though

You are THE first person I have ever heard from that likes the kyb's better than the Konis on an f-body.

Don't take this a flame now, as I am truly shocked...

But hey, if you like 'em better, then that's all that matters.

I would probably stick with thr Pro-kit, from what you've said you're after. The ride will be a little stiffer, but again, you're not driving a Caddy. Good luck.

    Ride height.
I am all for a good drop, but it is a little much for my car I am thinking.
    A little much for drag.
