Exclamation SFC Install and Tunnel Brace?

If I have just regular sfc's, not the diamond style, do I still need to loosen the oem tunnel brace? Thanks a bunch, doesn't seem necessary, but I really don't know.

No need to remove the tunnel brace in your case.

One last question, they say the suspension must be loaded, as in resting on the wheels like it would be normally. I am just installing these while the car is sitting on the ground, this should work fine right? I've got one side snugged in there, and I didn't even have to jack it up.
