rear suspension problem
I noticed that when I hammer on it off the line or just crawling along I get a noise from the rear of the car like the rearend is hitting the floor of the car.I put the car up and was not able to find anything wrong .Does anyone here know what I am talking about. the car is a 2000 ws6 trans am with 106.000 miles

it might be your transmission mount. i had the same problem with mine, but it went away after i put it up on jack stands when i did my header install.

Your torque arm could be loose also, I've heard of people having that problem.

i would look at the tq arm mount on the trans, my bolt came lose and fell out and my tq arm came up and hit the body , when i go on it it was like a big thump, at first i thought i broke my rear till the car ceep moving

Will your under the car check the transmission mounts. F-bodys have been known to break them from time to time. Also I'd check everything else drive shaft joints, LCA, etc..

well the problem with the car was the exhaust where it goes over the rear the connector was hitting the exhaust shop replaced it and good as new had me worried it was some uncommon piece

sounds like wheel hop to me-get some stiffer lower control arms
