PLS post a pic of your subframe connectors
I want to reinforce the body of my convertible and I was thinking at subframe connectors.
There are many out there but I want to fabricate my owns. It will cost me almost nothing... but if I order them from the States the shipping may cost 2x than the parts
The vendors always show pictures of the connectors alone, do you have a picture of the complete installation? Details? Description? Measurements (like thickness)?

Arctic White- 1999 Camaro Z28
Here's the driver side of my 99 Z28 we just finished
I installed the Hardtop Boxed subframe connectors from BMR Fabrication. Check out their website. Their installations instructions have detailed pics of the install process from beginning to end.
Here's what my driver side looked like after being installed.

Can I use the coupe SFC's for a convertible?
Some SFC's are welded, some other are bolted. Is the bolted solution much weaker than the welded?
Thanks

I welded mine in place and havn't had any issues with them. And what a difference they made, kinda wish I would have installed them sooner.

Do I have to follow a particulate procedure in order to not damage the PCM or other electronic devices? Like disconnect both poles of the battery? Or disconnect the PCM form the rest of the wiring?
What kind of welding can I do? Electrode? TIG?
