Which side is it rubbing on? This is so we can determine if it need to be adjusted longer or shorter.

its the driver side but ive tried adjusting it and as long as i drive the car normal its alright as soon as i hammer it will start rubbing and will stay rubbing now i moved it back a bit and back too normal but dont want to hammer it down afraid it might move again maybe if i use the car it should adjust since i put the rca and ext and adjuustable panhardbar also new shocks i cant think of any other thing. any help or experi on something simular will help prob overlooking something or i am not following the right procedure thks for every thing.

Once you have it adjusted and the jam-nut tight it shouldn't get out of adjustment.

i know its weird but like i said it was fine then i stopped and hammerd it and ass sone as i took off i felt and could hear that the tire was rubbing and did not stop so i re adjusted it and as long as i drive it normal its good but i also think or can see the diff looks a little off so i guess i have to turn it 1/4 turn see what it does.

Sounds like something not right(cracked/broken) with your your PHB chassis mount, have you ever hit a curb with either of the rear wheels?

how much is the car lowered? lowering the car also shifts the rear end over to the drivers side more than it is already at stock height.

Have you physically taken a measurement to see how much it's off by?

Take a string and tape it to the fender with some type of weight on the end of it so it hangs straight down. measure the distance from the string to the tire. Do the same thing on the other side. This is the only way you will know how much to adjust the panhard bar by.

Other than that, something may have come loose. Ex: where your panhard bar connects to the mount. Sometimes those holes become "oblong" after wear and tear on the roads. Is the panhard bar tight with the suspension unloaded?
