    Panhard Rod Adjustable vs. Non-Adjustable

Have a stock 1995 Trans Am with 105K miles. Its time to freshen up the suspension system. Considering upgrading the Panhard Rod to take advantage of the harder poly bushings. Have a question as to what advantages does an adjustable Panhard Rod have over non-adjustable. Plus what is the adjustablity buy in a stock configured F-Body?

If an adjustable is better, what is the criteria for ajusting it?

Considerng a suspension package from Hostchkins which only comes with an adjustable rod. Edelbrock makes a non-adjustable one that is on my list.

Will be making the upgrade in conjusting with replacing the lower trailing arms by Hostchkins. Also looking at replacing the front and rear sway bars with the larger Hotchkins sway bar (sold as a package.)

The rest of the TA is being kept stock with no power mods planned.

    Comments please.

Give Sam Strano a call he's a Site Sponsor and is the Ultimate F-body Suspension guy.
I have his Springs Swabars and Koni 4/4's and I couldn't be happier.
As for your panhard bar question Adj. vs Non Adj.
All Factory F-bodies have the rearend biased to the driver side meaning it is not centered. Using an Adjustable Panhard bar you can shorten the length and move the rearend over towards the right. Same idea applies if you ever plan on lowering the car. I would suggest an on car adjustable one.

I noticed no difference in ride with my adjustible rod ended phb. Get the adjustable one, no reason to change it otherwise imo.

I agree unless you are lowering the car don't bother. When you do then get an adjustable.
