    i am very unfamiliar with suspension. i would like to know what is needed for a car meant for the 1/4 i have sfc's already what else would i need for suspension ?? thanx

    Adjustable panhard bar.

    either way the suspension should be done first.

    Well not necesarily. Rel3rd on here has an auto, had full suspension including QA1s all around. He did just as well at the track with stock suspension. Just a bolt on/cam only car tho. Mid to high 11s.

    Very true. My sixty foots were 1.57-1.59 with 100% stock suspension, including stock torque arm and both swaybars in place. Everyone said I'd sixty foot much better with some suspension and having it all dialed in...Bottom line is that the car ran the exact same ET/MPH/60 foots with stock suspension as it did with adjustable shocks, 1" rear swaybar, adjustable torque arm, panhard bar, lower control arms, and front swaybar off.

    All the clunky, over-priced and proven (in my case) to be un-needed, adjustable suspension parts were soon sold and car was put back to stock suspension aside from boxed in panhard bar and lower control arms. Springs were cut 1LE's and shocks were Bilstein HD's when I sold it recently, and car hooked just as hard as ever...
