    new tires rubbing rear lcrs

    hello all,
i just intalled g-force 335's and after all the grinding and hammering they are rubbing the rear lcr's. not sure if thats common but i do know my rear suspension is ready to be upgraded. I already bought eibach lowering springs (1.8, yes i will roll the fenders) and kgb shocks for the rear. So, if that doesnt keep from rubbing the lcrs i'm also looking to buy some aftermarket lcrs this weekend, any recommendations for any that are not as bulky and provide more clearance than the stock lcrs? tubular/boxed/adjustable???
    Much thanks!

Yep, get some tubular LCAs. Make sure you post some pics when you get the 335s on there. Those look soooo good from the rear. Oh, and its LCAs on LCRs lol

your going to have to go with rod ends wether that was your plan or not because you will need to use offset bushings for 100% sure

I'm running 335's with sportlines. I grinded the lips completely but they still scrape the sidewall on bumps. I initially did the hose mod on the sportline but recently I put the spring isolaters back. I'm still having the problem just not as bad

Found them. I hadn't ever heard of them before. Good information to know, I'm thinking about buying OEwheels c5 DD and I was going to run 335s in the rear.

you should have a wheel width of at least 11.5" anything smaller will need a smaller tire.. I didn't know OE made 11.5 width wheels

Lets not play this game guys, its not what this thread is about. I understand the risks and rewards of mounting a 335 series tire on a 10.5" wheel.

there's no game. just being honest. your better off with a 315. 335 wasn't designed for that small of wheel. I have 335 but on a 12" wheel

thansk for all the help thus far, here's what i did, i ordered "lca's" (lol) from umi got the tubular non adjustable with the relocation brackets, should be in sometime this week. for the bad part, yes i am running 335's on a 10.5 inch wheel, learned the hard way but i think they look good. actually they are oe wheels c5 deep dish 18x10.5 on all four corners. I didnt know until after i purchased them/had them mounted that i would have rim/tire size issues. Up front im running 275's. I hate the way the tire stretches to the end of the rim. They guy at discount told me the only problem i'll have is uneven tread wear. but when i can scrounge up enough dough i want to get a smaller rim size up front. I'll post pics of the work I did to fit the tire in there but here are pics of the almost finished product:

I know this doesnt answer any question you asked, but I just have to say your rim/tire combo looks amazing! So much meat in the back, looks good for sure!
