    Need help fighting wheel hop

I have have had two three fbody's now and have had the same problem with each, wheel hop. I had a 2000 3.8L turbo camaro M5 with 3.73's, Auburn Pro series LSD, BMR LCA's, BMR PHR, BMR TQ arm, and eibach pro kit springs and had violent wheel hop(mainly one jolt when shifting from one gear to anther).

I now have an 02 Z28 w/ BMR Lca's, BMR adj. PHR, 4.10's, and an Auburn series LSD. Befor I put in the gears and LSD I had no wheel hop or jolt upon release of the clutch when racing.

Can you guys offer any help on what I can do to the suspension to eliminate this?

Lower control arms, panhard rod. Random Tech torque are mounted to cross member between subframe connectors so it pulls on the chassis of the car instead of the transmission. Then when you see how it launches if it squats to bad and you are spinning then air bag in right side spring. THis should elimate all the problems unless you are running low 9's then I have some more suggestions.

make sure your phb is centered correctly and you LCA bolts are torqued. If you've had the same issue with 2 fbodies and you said you didnt have it before the auburn wouldnt that say something?

The wheel hop fix is an ajustable TA.

Try a different pinion angle on your adjustable TA.

If it is set at -2 try it set at zero and if it worse try -3 or -4, etc.

You have to find the 'sweet spot' and it will (should) be gone.

265/35/18 Fuzion Zri. What if I were to use a stronger stiffer spring on the right rear where the wheel is jumping?

None of the cars had LCA relocation brackets? They are a must if lowered, and I recommend them even for non-lowered cars.

surprised noone asked which shocks you were using.
Mainly, wheelhop is caused by uncontrollable up-down movement of wheel... shocks are supposed to take care of that.
LCAs gemoetry will help the shock do its job more efficiently, but it's still the shocks job... let me guess... do you have stock shocks ?
