    Lowering Springs

The guy i bought my car from put Eibach Sportsline lowering springs on and front monroe struts. He wasn't for sure on how low? First question are all the springs for eibach sportsline for the camaro the same, as in are they adjustable on how low you want. He had it set at 1 1/2 he thought. I need to get an alignment done on the car as soon as the weather gets better. Does the shop doing the aligment need to know how low they are set or can they check that out and see for sure figure all that out to get me the best alginment.

Lowering springs themselves are not adjustable. The Eibach Sportline Springs for your Camaro are advertised as a 1.6" front and 1.4" rear drop. That is a pretty big drop for the shocks you have. You should either upgrade the shocks or switch to Eibach Pro-Kit Springs since they are approved (by Eibach on their official website) to work with factory shocks. The alignment shop should be able to figure all that stuff out. Tell them to give you a little negative camber.

I like the way it looks and feels, but at high speed its really touchy. I gotta stick with what i got now , got a baby on the way or else i would get better ones, i haven't seen anything good yet about the springs i have, but it wasn't my choice either. thanks
