depending on your mileage if its low just go with springs cheapest and easiest.
but if you got the cash you might all well go for it all struts and shocks as well

Stano Springs and Koni shocks definetely not the cheapest but the best seldom is.

18" zr1's are hard to come by. expect to pay $800 to lower properly.
springs
shocks
panhard bar
alignment
lca brackets if necessary

Yep. what creeper states. You don't want to just put lowering springs on it without upgrading the shocks. Also, lowering shifts the rear end to one side, so you need an adjustable pan hard bar to get it back to center. lastly, lowering changes a) your instant center so most people get LCA relocation brackets to get their instant center (traction) back and b) you need an alignment because it throws your camber angle off.

With your car on a relatively level, but flat surface go out to your car and measure from the center of the front fender lip to the ground , do the same on the rear.(write that # down). Now measure it again and visualize the fender lip some where lower on the tape measure where you would at a minimum like the center of the fender lip to be (write that # down). Subtract that # from the 1st #, now there's the amount of drop from lowering springs you need.
Now post all those #'s, and we'll see what your options are.
FYI, running lowering springs with factory shocks, is like trying to bench 300lbs when you normal max weight you can bench press is like 150-180.
