Lowered my '98 SS 1", what else is needed?

The person I bought my SS from installed 1" drop Hotchkis springs http://www.hotchkis.net/p-584-sport-coil-springs.aspx with Bilstein shocks, but that was all that was done by the previous owner suspension wise. I like the setup. I hear that after lowering an F-body, the rear axle is moved to the side and back a bit (or is it forward). True? If true, what needs to be replaced? I'm still new here . Thanks.
Does my SS look 1" lowered? http://s509.photobucket.com/albums/s...t=IMG_2078.jpg
    Thanks for the help

    re:

To correct side to side you well want to replace the panhard rod with an adjustable one. Also your lower control arm angles might be off level now and you well want to get a set of relocation brackets and adjustable lower control arms to put the lower control arms back to a at minimum flat 180 deg. angle. Call Sam at http://www.stranoparts.com/ he is the sponsor of this forum and a suspension guru.

Nice SS btw and a great year too.

What about a torque arm? Needs to be replaced, too?

shouldnt really..only replace what is broken/not working..after lowering your car its true that lca adj. and relocation brackets are a wise decision..and also a adj. panhard is always a good idea..especially if your ever planning on getting rims etc. if after those..your launches are fine...your not getting excessive wheel hop then your good to go until later when power/traction issues become more of a concern....dont fix what isnt broken.

It's just a DD, not for any type of launches of racing or anything like that. I woulden't mind haveing a great launch, though. No new rims, I like the stock ones, though they may need polashing. I want everyting done right on my SS.

get the lca brackets as well, they are well worth it you can really tell when you go to take off how it helps it hook up

Hmm, seems a bit lower than most running around here. But I have no idea. Bought it as it sits.

Looks stock height to me...idk. That's not high; drive a mustang--then you'll know what 4x4 is all about! Gotta get this bitch lower!

TexasGlock23, I dont know if it is or not, but if i look at it from the front and rear bumpers to the ground it looks lowered but the gap between the tire and fenders, no it looks completely stock.
