LF some help.. Want to raise my rear 1/4"
Sup guys, I've asked this in a few other posts but never started one about it. Basically I want to raise the rear of my 01 with sportlines by 1/4 inch. I DID find a website a few days ago or so that sold what looked like spring seats that sit on the axles in multiple sizes. I cannot find it anymore and have been googling for the past few hours while at work. Getting frustrated !!!
I have considered the hose mod if I can't find where I saw these spring seats. ANyone know of any 4th gen parts (hopefully vendors) that sell such a thing? I was pretty sure it was on a site that had tons of 4th gen stuff I wish I bookmarked it !! Ugh...

I have found lots of rubber seats from other vehicles... anyone know the diameter of the bottom most coil on our springs? ? My old ones are at my parents maybe I'll get to measure mine tomorrow. Thinking to just pick up a set from a diff vehicle and throw them in there as long as the diameter is correct and the spring will sit in the seat.

I searched around. I found several on ebay and some by company called budzter, they are pricey though.

Take some 1/4" plywood and make 2 spacers to put above the upper isolators.

Interesting.. I may do that. what i believe I found the other day was a little aluminum spacer with a centering ring (kind of like wheel spacers) that centers the lower end of the coil. they were like $17. I found them on a site that sells 4th gen parts I remember that because they also had the anti rattle bracket for the exhaust which I needed in 2.5 inch ( i have a 3" one and had to use exhaust wrap to fill space).
I like the spacer Idea. I planned to loosen the strut bolts in the front and from underneath slide a 1/4 to 1/2 inch shim in there to raise the front for the winter. talk about ghetto adjustable ride height even still the sportlines are still too high for my taste I cant believe people consider anything less lowering :/
