That's the combo I'm running and it works good. I'd go Koni if you got the money though. If your getting a really big check get the Strano sway bar kit too!

The KYB shocks are a good upgrade with the stock springs.

They don't handle the ProKit springs as well.

you contradict yourself on the statement.
how can you say they are fine yet say that pot holes hurt like a mf... that means that they aren't doing their job at damping... that's what shocks main purpose is in life.
why settle for a combination that doesn't do the job right when you can get one that does the job well.

I just bought the AGX setup for Eibach's too, only cuz my DeCarbon's were fused to the strut mounts and I couldn't get them off... So I guessed since I couldn't afford Koni's that I'd at least step it up a notch or two from stock replacements!

Just got my KYB AGX installed today. They are awsome ! I set the fronts at 5 and I drive to work through a construction zone. Very nice ride and good turn response. To think it can be adjusted ! Excellent product !

They are new. And anything is better than the DeCarbons.

Koni's do much better than the KYB's.
The KYB's won't handle the ProKit that well.

I have had KYB adjustables on my Camaro for over a year. They are a bad idea, I would advise against them.

The ride quality must degrade over time. I just installed AGX's up front with Eibach's. I set the shocks to 1 for right now and drove about 50 miles. No problems in ride quality. Traction obviously dropped off a bit, but not too bad as I also added LCA lowering brackets...

The kooks & ORY didn't help either... Seems the lil extra power didn't HELP the traction one bit. GO FIGURE. LOL

    lowering

I tried eibachs with the kybs and it was horible no matter what the shocks were set at the ride sucked. put the stock springs back in and enjoy it much more. besides with an sts out back and the inlet tube going up front lowering it made it too low for comfort thought I was going to rip out the turbo.
