From what I have gathered The 4/4 is adjustable on the car in the rear as the 4/3 is not. And yes the price is different. 4/3 732.00 4/4 835.20. And yes they are the best. Ppl on here will tell you that. I got a set of strano springs on the last batch and in a couple weeks I will be ordering the 4/4.

4/4 is 4th gen front and 4th gen rear.
4/3 is 4th gen front and 3rd gen rear.

4th gen fronts are on-car adjustable if installed properly.
4th gen rears are on-car adjustable as well (with 10 settings).
3rd gen rears need to be removed from the car to adjust (with 4 settings).

The way Strano described it to me, was that the 3rd gen rear shocks handle the heavy rearends a small amount better than the 4th gen rears. Granted, he also said the stock shocks are a 1 in handling it, the 4th gens are a 9.5, and the 3rd gens are a 10.

I have the 4/3 on my car with Strano's springs.

Lou's hit the nail on the head.

IMO the 4/4's are worth the extra money just for the ease of adjustability that's why I have them.

    You will love either route.

Just takes a little longer to get the 3rd gen rears into correct adjustment.

I have the 4/4's with a nine inch on mine with no issues. The ease of adjusting won out over the slight advantage the 4/3's might have in handling. Either way, you'll be happy.
