    Smile How to put a 2001 CONVERTIBLE Camaro SS on a Lift ?

    Hi, I new to the site. I was wondering if any knew if there were specific Lift jacking points for my 2001 Convertible Camaro SS. I had heard somewhere that it is VERY IMPORTANT to inform any mechanic that the Lift jacking points are different for the Convertibles then they are for Coupe models. I am not referring to changing a tire using your spare tire jack but, when the car is going to be in the air on a regular lift. Any help would be greatly appreciated

    they are not different.
    Just make sure whoever wants to lift the car, doesn't lift from the piece of plastic that is part of the panel, and not meant to lift the car.
