How To Adjust My New Koni's

Hello guys im about to intall my new front and rear KONI'S and im wondering how do i set them?
It says that if you turn to the left its + and to the right - but +/- what, stiffer or rebound ?

I may be wrong, but i do beleive that counter clockwise is stiffer.

Plus is Stiffer
Start at full soft then add sweeps to firm it up.

The Front Are Kon-8241-1139spt With The Rear I Have No Problem But I Know How To Set Up Them, My Question Was How Do You Set Up Yours.

I don't remember the part #... not sure if those are the SA or DA.
As far as adjusting the shocks, although I haven't touched mine in ~2years... I remember using a 2.5mm hex key on the top, and a flat screwdriver on the bottom. every time i turn toward the right 1/4 turn on the top is (+)... and the bottom setting... clock-wise = (+)
