the normal first steps are trailing arms and relocation brackets, panhard rod, torque arm and remove the front sway bar. with the exception of the relocation brackets, i have all of that on the wife's car.
the next place would be shocks and springs to help transfer weight to the rear.Cold Air Intake, Muffler Delete, Vinci High Performance Dual Valve Springs, Hardened Pushrods, Yella Terra 1.85 Rockers, Some Hydropdipped Stuff, Strut Tower Brace, Some SS Badges, boost/vacuum gauge, fuel pressure gauge, some checkered stripes, drilled/slotted rotors, ZL1addons Stealth wickerbill, Ruxifey LED side markers

depends on where you buy them from. and what level of quality you want. mild steel is cheaper than chrome-moly. chrome-moly is lighter for the same strength.i got all on the wife's car for $200.00 used.
checking on the BMR site, you'd spend $520.00 going with the cheapest parts.
non-adjustable torque arm (adjustable add 110.00)
non-adjustable trailing arms
relocation brackets weld-in
non-adjustable panhard rod
