Help my rearend wants to leave me lol

Ha no seriously it does!! Hey guys I just got done putting in my 9" by moser and it has the Detroit locker in it and for right now it doesn't have my swaybar hooked up bc I need 3" exhaust clamps but I have the panhard bar and the jegster short adj. TA along with the stock lca's I centered it best I can but I had takin it out for break in never went past 30mph or over 2000 rpms between gears but I notice my tranny acting up. Won't go into gear right way but when it does it slams. Now when I turned left it's like the rear wants to go out left(even more) right out from under me does anybody know why? I mean I know I ain't got the swaybar in but thats just for body roll right? And did anybody else have a trans prob. when they were done with theirs too?
