    Front Hub/Bearing?

ive had road noise on the front driver's side for while. i thought it was just my rotors or a slighty bent rim. now, everyonce and a while, im gettin a slight vibration like im goin over warning strips (thud thud thud. . pause . . . thud thud thud lol). the vibration happens at any speed and is very light, but i still notice it. think this is the front hub/bearing? if it is, where do you recommend purchasing them(i will go ahead and change both)? thought this might be part i want gm only

Jack your car up off the ground and try to wiggle the wheel, if it moves the hubs need to be replaced.

There was someone on 'frrax' that was developing a rebuildable one (not sure current status on this) but for now you have to buy the entire hub to replace a worn one.

yeah i planned on puttin her on the lift tonite and see what it feels like.

a rebuildable one would be nice or a greasable one. . . . but i just was wondering if there was ones cheaper than gm that were to par on quality, if not better. ebay has em for 77 bucks! kinda leary on gettin those tho.

well i dont think its the hub/bearings . . . no play in the wheels at all. but i did see that my front tires were wearin very bad on the inside. so hopefully a good alignment will take of my roadnoise and wear. . . dont know if thats causing the vibration tho
