Clunk on 2004 to 2006 GTO from sterring rack area

I have two GTO 2004 and 2006 both low miles start clunking on low speed turns or engine off and if you move steering you can hear the clunking nosie DON'T REPLACE THE STEERING GEAR buy 24mm hex socket on the steering rack you will see the hex bolt mark with a punch and turn to the L/S 2 to 4 mm and nosie will go away
