triple-black- 2000 CamaroSS convertible
it looks like the shocks are overdamped... chances are they are adjustable and they were adjusted too stiff for the given spring rate.
before buying any parts, i'd figure out which parts are in the car for starters.... then see from there.Eugenio_SS
almost stock triple-black 2000 SS convertible with 17x11s on all 4 w/ 315s at the track or on the street with 18x10.5s on all 4 w/ 315s: (1), (2)

First check your tire pressure. If its to high the car will drive like that. for 275/40 17" it should be 30 cold/34 hot and anything above that turns the tire into cement! If not this, than prob the shocks. Hope it helps.
The tire pressure solved a lot of probs on my WS6....go figure.
