brake upgrades

has anyone done any significant upgrades to their brakes? how big of a rotor can we fit in our wheels? its something im considering doing next...

I installed the Wilwood big brakes kit, 6 piston 2 piece floating rotors on the front. My front wheels are C5 z06 motorsport in 18x9.5. The brakes clear fine. I switched to wilwood "Q" pads to keep the dust and noise down. They work great, just a bit crunchy on the last few feet of the stop but what can do you. I got them at a great price new under $1000 so I couldn’t past them up. If I was going to do it again I would save up for the new Baer mono block 6 pistons. Just make sure you print out the caliper template from their website and test for correct off set. I love great brakes, always freaking out my buddy by stopping at the last second.
