Bilstein/SLP Bilstein/Revalved Bilstein?
Could someone please explain the difference between the three? Thanks in advance.

All three are more geared towards a handling car.
The Regular Bilstein HD's are designed to give the driver a more spirited shock on factory springs.
The SLP/Bilstein's are shocks valved to match the SLP springs that came with the SLP option 2(I think) handling pkg, the springs are a bit lower and stiffer than factory springs, I think your car would be about an inch lower than the factory 4X4 look. Again, more responsive handling.
Revalves are offered by Sam Strano at stranoparts.com, he custom valves the Bilsteins to match the aftermarket springs you buy. A cheaper replacement for Koni shocks, Revalves matched to work with your aftermarket springs will be a HUGE handling improvement over the above two options, your car will be a handling BEAST
Again, all this is based on what you decide what you want to do, how aggressive a driver you are and how much you want to spend. The Black 2001 SS #5697

Check with Sam Strano, as he is the only person I know that does this.
I have heard that Bilstein's are on back order, so that's going to cause a delay on your order, as Sam needs new regular Bilstein HD's so he can revalve them, and since they are on back order, you're gonna be waiting.

I freaking LOVE my GMMG!!!
As far as I'm concerned it's the BEST sounding catback exhaust when factory exhaust and cats are still on the vehicle.
For me, loudmouth is too loud.
Once you put on LT's though, the GMMG gets seriously loud
I have a friend who's got LT's and virtually no cats and the GMMG, sucker was so loud it hurt my ears when he revved it up
He actually put another chambered pipe onto the I-pipe to calm it down a bit.
I got it thru ls1tech.com, there was a group purchase, I paid $650 for it.
Sam Strano has his own website, stranoparts.com, he had two articles the past two issues of GM High Tech Performance, read them and you'll see he's THE handling guru of 4th-gen f-bodies.
