from a guy who hates SLP with a passion, get the SLP ones. Sam Strano will tell you to go with them, especially if you are using the Strano shocks, I trust his judgement.
I have the SLP ones on stock springs and love them btw, no experience with HDs though,

they come with everything necessary, new hardware and all. but the instructions are TERRIBLE, so, either make sure when you take apart your factory ones, you remember what order the bushings and washers go, or ask us again to make sure,
on the front struts there is an extra shiny cap looking object that will be hammered onto the top of the strut. took me forever to figure out what it was.
make sure the re-use the dust boots.
Locktit is great insurace for nuts coming loose.
get WHITE LITHIUM GREASE, coat EVERYTHING with it, every bushing, rubber, or meal piece new and old, 'stuff is amazing.
great install help: check the panel on the right:

pretty sure the HD's are for trucks...HD = Heavy Duty. I've seen them on truck forums before.

wait so the long bolts on each end of the sway bar are rusted? use penetrating spray (I like PB lube) and SLOWLY try to un-bolt it
the bolts on the top of the front struts will definitly be rusted then, so,
A) get a big pair of vice grips and latch them to the top of the 'pole', then while holding it try to get the screw off
B) take it to a shop to see if they can,
C) do what I did, the redneck way, wedge a sawzall blade in between the dust boot and the rubber cap, and start cutting away. the object is to cut through the thin 'pole' you were attaching the vice grips to. you can pull the thing apart when you cut through it
well, no they specifically fit F-bodies, thats just the name of them.

I see, I must be thinking of something else then.
