    2002 ws6 rack

    Is it possible to reseal a rack. mine is leaking at the drivers side and I heard these units are special and difficult to get an exact match.

    yes they sell seal kits. hard to find sometimes

    Is it leaking from the boot or somewhere else? I had to tighten the zip tie on mine to stop the minor leak.

    the boot is nothing more than a dust cover. if you have a leak from there, then the shaft seal is worn.

    Re-built racks are fairly cheap and have all new seals. It is honestly not a terrible job to do.
