    Question 2 Point SFC

I'm on a budget and was wondering if 2 point SFC were even worth buying. My 99 T/A is a DD that i hope to take to the strip soon. I've got my eye on a set of 2 point UMI weld-in Boxed SFC on ebay for $140, but don't want to commit until i know what im getting myself into.

    Sub frame reply

The subframe connectors are definately worth it. If youre already paying 100-140$ you might as well get the 3 point Double Diamond subframe connectors from (www.speedinc.com) they actually sell SLP 3 point weld ins for 225$ total =free shipping=BEST deal on the market. I searched forever, 225$ for SLP 3 points is "unheard of, very low price" =Get em. Just my opinion. forget the 2 points.

Yes, I did quite a bit of research before making a decision, and I remember alot of people saying those exact ones you have shown are just as good as the SLP style.
Im also almost 100% sure that those 3 points shown are considered Double Diamond as well. I probably would of got those as well (kinda forgot about them with all of my searching). The bolt ons seem like the best way top go, but I decided on weld ins after hearing quite a few stories about the bolts not lining up upon installation, due to factory tolerances being like 1/8-1/16th of an inch for our F-bodies. It seemed like a gamble to purchase the bolt ons not knowing for sure if they would line up right(plus I hear the weld ins are stronger all the time-Not sure if its TRUE).
Also I heard the SLP sub frame conn. weighed like 60 pounds but I weighed them at 17 pounds per piece-The packaging box says 60lbs from UPS-cant imagine the friggin box weighing 26 pounds though??
