ws6 store short stick vs ebay

hey guys i'm planning on buying a short stick in the next few days and was wondering if anyone had any experience with the ws6 store one vs the one for sale on ebay (i believe the seller is tnamotorsports). both are $25 but the ebay one comes with an additional metal spacer thing that the ws6 store doesn't include that supposidly centers the stick better than stock. also, the ws6 store one is available in 6 and 6.5 inches and the ebay one is only in 6.5 inches. anyone had problems with a 6 incher hitting the console or anything?

ws6 store deal works fine for me...No problems & installed quickly.

yea i got it and installed it a few days ago. got the regular 6" version. it doesnt hit the console or anything and i love the notchy way it feels. i gotta get used to it being in the center instead of leaning towards me because a few times from a stop i accidentally shifted into 3rd instead of 1st to start off. i didnt stall though, just felt really weird and i think i burned up some of the clutch lol. i got before and after pics of it vs the stock shifter on my cardomain if anyones interested.

I have the WS6 store short stick as well, in the 6" version.

I'm sure its much better quality piece than the eBay one.

As far as clearance issues, with my Pro 5.0 and 6" stick, there are none. Doesn't hit the console in any gear, including reverse. With the stock shifter or stock Hurst shifter, might be a different story though.

I have a Pro 5.0 and the WS6 store 6" stick and it was hitting the console on mine. I just pulled it back out, heated up with a torch and bent it to about the same angle as the old 5.0 stick and now I love it.

nope, i got the stock hurst shifter and no console hitting probs. from what i've read it hits for people with the stock NON HURST shifter.

Anyone who tries to upgrade the stock POS shifter should be ashemed of themselves lol, that thing is about as anti-performance as you can get.

I got the B&W Short throw for my 02'SS -IT RULES! much better than the stocker on my 00'WS6. Never wouldda believed how much I liked it until I tried it.
