    My life is a
    Ben Stiller movie.

spec 3+ if you're looking for a track worthy clutch with some street ability. or just the spec 3 if you don't mind a little jiggle in the body [only the 3+ is considered "street-slippable" but it still chatters a SHIT load] Consider an aluminum fly wheel for a quicker rev or a steel flywheel for cost benefits, either way, you'll need a new fly. You'll be in the $800-$1000 range with install

I would NOT recommend centerforce-mine feels like 2 pillows and is less than 7k miles on it.

Just put a Ram clutch in mine and so far it is great, but I have not gotten much time to drive it.

textralia oz700 x grip if you street drive z grip if you plan on trashing on it. z is good for 700 and x for 550 to 600. Cost 1,110 for everything(new bolts, slave, disc,pp,fly) both are same price.

Depends mostly to me on what you are planning to do with it. If you have plans to mostly daily drive your car and are close to the 500 flywheel HP range then the LS7 clutch should be a good choice. If you plan on abusing it with sticky tires then an aftermarket is most likely the better route.

Textralia would be my choice. Will also back up the statement on the CenterForce, CRAP!!! lasted less than 6 months on my H/C combo. And not really a fan of SPEC, too many have had problems with them, to include me. You have about a 50/50 chance with them. No experience with the other mentioned clutches. The LS7 might hold up for a little while. And haven't really heard much on the RAMS, bad nor good. McLeod, supposedly a good choice too. Personally if I ever change mine, seriously considering a Tex twin disk.

As for the aluminum flywheel, had one and the CenterForce scorched the crap out of it. Decided to go for billet steel.

+1 another vote for the LS7 clutch and LS2 steel flywheel. I haven't had any trouble with it on my H/C/I + spray car. That being said, I still have the stock 10 bolt and haven't throw a sticky tire on it and dumped hard from a dig. Once I get a 9" rear installed I'll give it a shot and let you guys know how it holds up.
