Whats best clutch for supercharged LS1?

I have a procharged 2002 Trans Am. I am having problems with going through clutches. I have been told that the master cylinders are a big problem. I have replaced everything but the master cylinder. My last clutch lasted me about 1500 miles. I was just wondering what kind of clutch has worked for everyone else. My car has 410 hp and tq at the wheels.

you will want a twin disk clutch much smoother and more holding power.

Calling a twin disk clutch overkill for your car would be an understatement....

"I am having problems with going through clutches. I have been told that the master cylinders are a big problem. I have replaced everything but the master cylinder."

Why is this? I say replace the master cylinder with a nice aftermarket (Ram or McCleod), better units, AND adjustable....go ahead and replace the slave while you're at it to avoid any gremlins. When installing, make sure and BLEED BLEED BLEED that clutch system, not only to get out air, but also to get fresh fluid in it....

What kinda clutches have you been frying? Honestly, with the power level you listed (that sadly seem kinda low) I'd say just go with an LS7 clutch/pp/flywheel combo....

What kind of number do you get out of your car. My car stock was only 283 rwhp.

I see that you are running a Pro 5.0 Shifter. Can you tell a difference from the stock shifter?

sounds like you may be at elevation on a mustang dyno.....I spoke before I asked lol...

I've got a Hurst shifter, and so far I'm pleased with it.
