anyone??? the trans shift awesome, clutch pedal feels fine, just the clutch slips when cold and also slips at WOT when warm. so what other parts should i replace other than the clutch? or should i leave it alone since it shifts great and just throw in the new clutch?

Yes, you should resurface or replace the flywheel. Generally it is reccommended that the entire unit be replaced, its not not worth it to have it resurfaced.
Its also a good idea to change the rear main seal while you have the trans out, and always replace the pilot bearing (the one in the rear of the crankshaft).
