Transmission woes
Ok so I had my new clutch installed in my 01ws6 yesterday. They told me when I went to pick it up, that the pilot bearing was in pieces...which i saw, but they were able to fix it for the time being. They said that my input shaft is on its way out, that they had to grind the ends of it to smoothen it out or something, caused from possibly being abused/water getting to it. So I called a few places and an input shaft is $700!! grrr..so they also said that the line going from the master to slave cylinder is pretty eaten up. What can i do? does anyone know where I can find a cheaper input shaft? and where can I find this braided hose?
